2003: Jalen Presented Lubin Award from Chicago Bulls |
 On October 24, 2003, Jalen was presented the The Charles Lubin Memorial
Award at the Bulls Annual Tip-Off Luncheon. Fifteen years ago the Bulls
created this honor which is given each year at the Tip-Off Luncheon.
The founder of Sara Lee, Charles Lubin was a Bulls investor who passed
away in 1988. The Bulls present the Lubin Award to a player who has
significantly contributed to the community. Along with a trophy
presentation, the Bulls will donate $2,500 to Jalen's favorite charity.
